Ice Cream - Ciara Newell

It's been so long since I blogged about Part 1.

At that time, Jilliane hadn't even existed.

Now, in between her naps & my consciousness, I managed to slowly finish Part 2.

Lovely song that makes me a little more sane admist all the baby talk.

EWCM

This will be my 3rd blog entry in a day.

It's disgusting but I just have to share my excitement! For the 1st time in my entire life, I've EWCM! Today!

Not that I'm going to do anything about it, just that I've always wondered what it was like &.. Now I do!! I went like WOW! SO LONG! HAHAHAHAHA!

:))))))))))

Her own mind, her own world

Baby girl hasn't learnt to crawl. I think she'll be one of those babies who will skip the crawling stage. I heard that this isn't good at all, as babies who skip it will not know how to differentiate 'b's from 'd's. I've tried so hard to teach her how to crawl. Books say it's very simple, just put baby's favourite toy in front of her, out of reach, and the baby will move towards it. Like real.

Unfortunately it ain't that straightforward. My baby girl has a mind of her own. Firstly, she loses interest in things very fast that it's hard to determine what will entice her. She can like toy A today but refuse to go near it tomorrow. Secondly, when I place a toy on the mattress, she will keep tugging at the sheets till the toy comes towards her. If the toy is on the floor, she will change target since there's nothing for her to pull. Else, she will just yell the house down till one of us brings it to her.

That's my baby girl.

Are you Mr George Clooney?

To buy or not to buy. There was a fabulous Mother's Day promo but I still felt it was too extravagant a purchase. Told myself if I made $600 from shares last week, I'll splurge on this. Pity, market was not good, so here I am, still dreaming about the George Clooney machine...

I'm missing Carl Zeiss

Alas, no Carl Zeiss lens.. This photo was taken with my new Samsung. What a stark difference in sharpness from the photos taken with the N95!

A new mobile - finally!

I've finally gotten rid of my N95. It hung on me so many times recently that it was now or never for me to trade it in. It's quite sad that I was forced to pick a Samsung after so many years. I've all along been a loyal supporter of Nokia, except for that one occasion when clamshell was the in-thing and I switched to Samsung for that one year. I would have loved to wait for the N6700 but too bad, the N95 just couldn't hold any longer.

My new phone requirements were fairly simple:
1) Camera must be at least 5 megapix so I can take nice pics of baby girl but not that high till I need to take the extra step of downsizing it for my blog/fb
2) 3.5G
3) FM radio
4) Has keypad

Extra points for it being a girly colour!
